This could lead to a paid long-term gig writing for this site everyday. You need to be creative. Great titles that make people want to click and read more. Recipes and interesting dishes are a huge plus. But the content should be about Italian cooking and culture. Temporary, Part-time Positions

The Department of Foreign Languages at Kennesaw State University seeks candidate(s) for appointment as temporary, part-time instructor(s) in languages offered in the Department on an ongoing basis: Chinese, French, German, Italian, Latin, Portuguese, Spanish. Temporary, part-time positions are filled on an "as needed" basis. Responsibilities include teaching up to three classes per semester with a maximum of five courses per academic year. Required qualifications: enthusiasm/interest in teaching communicative, learner-centered, beginning language and culture courses; a Master's degree in the target language or in a related field; 18 graduate hours in the target language (language, culture, or literature) or equivalency. PhDs or ABDs are welcome to apply. Previous experience in teaching the target language at the college level is preferred. The Department of French and Italian at the University of California, Davis seeks a part-time lecturer in Italian for fall quarter 2013. Duties include the teaching of 1 or 2 sections of elementary Italian language as part of a team of language instructors. Candidate should have familiarity with foreign language pedagogy and experience teaching Italian language courses. Familiarity with the use of technology in the classroom is a plus. Position requires native or near-native proficiency in Italian and English.
