The Italian Studies Program, in the Department of Classics, Humanities, and Italian Studies at the University of New Hampshire, invites applications for a benefits-eligible lecturer position for the 2015-2016 academic year. The candidate should have a strong teaching record. The teaching load for the academic year consists of 6 courses (lower and upper division). PhD required by time of appointment. Salary: $40,000.

The School of Literatures, Languages, and Cultures, University of Edinburgh (UK), invites applications for the post of Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Italian. The successful candidate will have a record of excellence in research, with a portfolio of publications appropriate to her / his career stage. The post holder will provide teaching in Italian at all levels of the undergraduate curriculum, with particular responsibility for Medieval Italian literature and culture, and will have a commitment to innovative approaches to teaching with a view to growing this area of teaching further.



This position is full time and open ended and is available from September 1st 2015.
