The GCSC offers an excellent environment for young and established scholars alike. We encourage applications from early career researchers (doctoral researchers and postdocs) from around the world working in the humanities and social sciences on topics related to the study of culturGCSC scholarship holders are offered the same opportunities as other members, with the extra benefit of a monthly grant of €1468. As of 2012, we give out up to 13 scholarships for PhD candidates every year to the most qualified applicants. Postdoctoral researchers with a proven record of academic excellence are invited to apply for a postdoctoral research team position:
