The successful applicant will teach and coordinate Italian language courses; four courses per semester. Requirements include: native or near-native fluency in Italian & English, with an M.A. in Italian or linguistics (Ph.D. preferred).

Adjunct in Italian
The Department of Languages & Literatures of the University of Denver is looking to hire adjunct instructors of Italian to teach during the spring quarter of 2010. The classes will be elementary level language courses. This is a part-time position; compensation is $3,000 per course. Successful candidates must hold a MA in Italian or a related field and have experience teaching at the university level. The start date for the position is March 21, 2010. Teach 1-2 elementary Italian courses for undergraduates during spring semester 2010.
