Lecturer in Italian



The Department of Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese at The Pennsylvania State University (University Park) invites applications for a one-year full-time lectureship in Italian position (non-tenure-track) beginning Fall 2015 with possibility of renewal. Responsibilities include teaching introductory and intermediate language courses, and may include advanced undergraduate literature and culture courses, as well as opportunities to teach online World Campus Italian courses. Applicants must have native or near-native fluency in English and Italian and hold a Master’s degree in Italian or related field. Applications from individuals with prior teaching experience will be given priority. Salary is commensurate with experience and includes benefits.
